obscura cant display big enough.. click link above!

I’ve been in the mood to do fun/creative portraits against the plain wall in my apartment. My girlfriend Candace made this bird for me a year ago and I’ve always wanted to incorporate it somehow into my work. The rope on the birds leg tied to her hair popped in my head last second and I think it worked out pretty swell.
Also added a subtle brick texture, you’ll miss it if you’re not paying attention but I think it add just a "little" bit.
oh and her hair looks pretty rad
*Cheers
Sorry for the delay, due to my new job I can really only edit on weekends. This is another set we did, found this hat in her suitcase and it looked interesting so we decided to use it. originally the hair was going to be way bigger but it ended up being a pain in the ass for her to do. hope you enjoy. still have a couple more coming haha, sorry I take sooooo long.

flickr makes the bright areas a little too bright..its tolerable
Here’s another set from the long weekend.
It was hot as crap outside and since she is from Canada, I think it was devastating for her haha. seriously…
We took refuge in shade behind Stuntkids place and wam bam thank you mam.
I’ll have a couple more after this to post!
enjoy obscura dudezZz

haven’t posted in a while I think? Anyways, one of the guys I know just got signed to an agency which is pretty cool and needed more “classy” shots rather than your typical I am strong and will always have my shirt off look. Thanks to another friend who is a real estate agent we can pretty much get into any house that is for sale. That being said we just chose some random huge house out in norfolk that had pretty cool wood floors which I did not utilize in the shot I am about to show. I will probably have more edits up soon but I hate having to choose from a bunch, really mind numbing.
Heres my first edit.

My shoot with Liz Harlow.
Quick video on how I got some of the images. It was cold and I did not feel like having to plug in three alienbees so I went with my trusty speedlights since I didn’t require too much power. I would have liked to use umbrellas/softboxes as rim but I can’t always have my way.
Enjoy!
