The main light was a Beauty Dish stage left on a AB 1600. Rim light was a 30° Honeycomb on an AB 800, back and stage right, hitting his shoulder. Another fill was a 40° on an AB 800, high, aiming down at the steak and hands. The internally lit stage and house lights were incredibly dim, so I had to use a four second exposure to bring them out after the subjects were initially lit with strobes.
